The bar also has a piano under a typical staircase that can be swiveled 90 degrees to the first floor.\u003cbr\u003e\n\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\n\u003cli\u003e On the first floor you will find a seating area and the entrance to the terrace overlooking the city. The room is dominated by a large model of a red vintage car. On the second floor you will find a pool table and a jukebox, as well as a terrace under a large canopy.\u003cbr\u003e\n\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\n \u003cli\u003eThe exterior of the building is dominated by a large porch that extends the entire width and side of the building over both floors. The porch features the typical wrought iron decorations that give the building its typical French Quarter look. The porch is decorated with flowering plants.\u003cbr\u003e\n\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\n\u003cli\u003e The biggest challenge in this design was finding a good design for the porch that goes around the corner and the effect it had on the placement of the windows and doors in the building, creating a \"between the posts\" building of 24.5 studs wide.
