I took some of the aesthetic from the original 3-in-1 build and then mixed it with my own aesthetic to create something that looks new and retro at the same time. It's incredibly easy to build this. I disassembled the original 3-in-1 castle and was able to recreate this in a matter of hours through unsorted parts. The drawbridge works! I have attached a video to demonstrate the drawbridge function. It has about a 98% success rate (unlike the official Lego drawbridge which never works for me). If the drawbridge doesn't work, see below. The fort has hinges that allow it to be accessed and it has clips to hold it in place. Conveniently the same clips could be used to attach a modular attachment to extend the fort. Unfortunately, I don't own any other 3-in-1 lock, so I can't create my own accessories. If this fort proves popular I'll rush out and buy another 3-in-1 castle and work on a modular addition. The house from behind rests only on slabs and 4 studs. It can be detached to maintain accessibility in the lower area. Or if you want to add your own house, switching between the two houses is easy and potentially modular. I wanted to make sure the build didn't have any design issues, something a digital program can't replicate. This moc only needs one 3 in 1 lock, you don't need to buy two. However, I am also including instructions for combining this tower with my Black Falcon's Fort Moc so you can connect the two mocs together to create one large fort. I kept my promise that somehow the fort could be connected to this moc. The way this was designed I made it so that they can be standalone builds as well as function as one big build. The turret can be detached and swapped with the house from the Black Hawk's Fort-Moc if you wish. I created 4 islands that you can mix\/match and rearrange as you like. Which combination of islands you want is entirely up to you. There is a prison island, a farm\/main island, a tiki head island and a fruit island. There are 2 coconut trees, 1 banana tree and 1 pineapple tree. The prison cell has a removable wall for easy escapes. It's just too big and doesn't fit any known Lego castle theme, even compared to the lion knight's castle, the blacksmith is awfully big. So I took it apart and turned it into a more compact building that is roughly the same scale as Lion Knight's Castle and the Creator 3 in 1 Castle. I also didn't like that the blacksmith set had to be broken down into sections for accessibility. So I added a removable back to the hut and hut instead for accessibility. This moc contains 6 instructions.
